Shipping policy

The Menu ships all orders with DHL eCommerce. Once processed, orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Shipping times, rates, and destinations details are as follows:

Shipping rates Belgium & Netherlands (via DHL For You)

  • Next-day delivery: Belgium and The Netherlands
  • Belgium: Starting from €7,23
  • Netherlands: Starting from €8,32

Other European Countries (via DHL Parcel Connect)

  • Delivery within 2-7 business days: Starting from €8,96 to €26,44.

Additional shipping details

  • All shipments are insured for the value of the merchandise and require a signature upon delivery.
  • Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking details after shipment.
  • While we handle shipping with care, The Menu is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss after dispatch.

Tracking Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.  Note: Customer care and parcel distribution are closed on weekends and Belgian national holidays.

Returns & refunds

You have 14 days to return any items purchased online or in-store. The conditions for returning an item are as follows:

  • Items must be returned in their original and unused condition, with all tags and packaging attached, and in sellable condition.
  • The Menu reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise that does not meet the stated conditions.
  • Cash refunds are available only for items purchased via the online store. Items bought in-store can be returned for store credit.
  • Sale items can only be returned for store credit.
  • Returns and return labels are free of charge for all customers.

How to make a return

  1. Email info@themenu-antwerp.com or call +32 478 17 26 90 to request a return authorization number (RA#).
  2. Provide your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will send you a unique RA# and a free DHL return shipping label.
  3. Write your RA# on the outside of your parcel. Packages without an RA# may be rejected.
  4. Drop off your package at any DHL Service Point using the provided label.
  5. Once the return is received, allow 1–3 business days for processing and refunds.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
